April 7th Review

Atlantic Region

West Virginia State @ Fairmont State

I can’t find any results from this one anywhere… but considering it’s not going to count for conference standings I’m not going to worry about it too much…

East Region

Post @ Felician – Postponed

Franklin Pierce @ Bentley – Game of the Day – Franklin Pierce win 5-2 (More info here)

Franklin Pierce picks up a big win to move to .5 games behind Bentley (and UMass Lowell… and Assumption) for the conference lead.

Southern Connecticut @ Assumption – Assumption wins 12-11 (More info here)

Assumption moves into a tie for first, Southern Connecticut falls 2 games out, but they sit in 7th place.

April 8th Preview

Atlantic Region

(#26) California (Pa.) @ Seton Hill

Seton Hill gets a great chance to pick up a couple Non-conference wins over a ranked team.

East Region

Post @ Dominican (N.Y.) – Game of the Day

These two teams come in tied in the conference standings, both only a game back of Nyack.  Great chance for either team to take a step in the right direction.  Biggest conference game around tomorrow.  Game of the Day.

Nyack @ Bloomfield

Nyack is 2 games up on Bloomfield, so this game could allow them to get 3 up, or bring them back to the rest of the pack.

Bentley @ Stonehill

Bentley is up on top in conference, but this game won’t affect those standings.  Still a good chance to see two teams in the title chase play.

Southern Connecticut @ Franklin Pierce

This would be a huge game normally, but as a non-conference game it won’t be as big.  Franklin Pierce is expected to take it.

Midwest Region

(#22) Southern Indiana @ Bellarmine

One of the better teams in the East gets to host the top team from the West… good matchup, but it won’t effect conference standings.
